Katrina (Bell) Page

Katrina Reshae Bell was the last child born to the late Ronald and Jo Jean Bell on February 19, 1967 in Memphis, TN. During her youth, she accepted Christ at Greater Mount Pleasant Baptist Church under the late Rev. Aldridge. After entering adulthood, she joined Greater St. Thomas Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor John F. Harris. She immediately joined the choir and graced her soprano voice leading songs such as Jesus Will Pick You Up, I’m Going With Jesus, Long As I Got King Jesus and bringing the entire congregation down with God Of A Second Chance.
Katrina was a proud graduate of Booker T. Washington High School where she was a cheerleader, softball player and voted Most Popular female of the class of 1985. She attended State Tech Community College for one year majoring in Business Admin. She entered the work world at Mitchell’s Clothing Store as a Cashier and later began her career in 1992 at Shelby County Corrections Center as a Clerk.

She quickly promoted to Deputy Court Clerk in Shelby County Criminal Court and later promoted to Principal Court Clerk in Shelby County General Sessions Criminal Court where she retired in 2017 after completing 25 years of service.  One day while working in General Sessions Criminal Court, she volunteered to bake a lasagna for the department’s Thanksgiving pot luck. Due to popular demand, soon all the Courts in the Sheriff’s Office requested her famous lasagna, launching her entrepreneurship as “The Lasagna Lady”. Along with the Sheriff’s Office, she also graced her services to Memphis Academy of Science and Engineering, AAA Cooper Transportation, New Hope In Christ Ministries and countless other devoted faithful personal customers, filling up Thanksgiving and Christmas orders until she couldn’t take any more. But of course she always held a slot for her now late Aunt Lovie Tolbert who always called the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Not only did she master in lasagna, she also catered parties and soul food for family reunions, church events, weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries and her most proud catering was hosting the Bell Family Thanksgiving Dinner. 

While at Greater St. Thomas, Katrina met drummer George F. Page, Jr. They married on October 4, 2003 and to this union two children were born. Katrina fought and won 2 battles of breast cancer, which created an annual October TEAM KATRINA event at her favorite restaurant Rafferty’s. In August 2025, she was diagnosed with breast-lung cancer where she courageously fought to the very end. On Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026, God called her to her Heavenly Home to join those departed before her, mother & father Ronald & Jo Jean Bell, grandparents, uncles and aunts and her only niece Nateshia Bell whom she adored.

She leaves to cherish Beloved memories of her: a loving and devoted husband, George F. Page, Jr.; two daughters Breuna Jones (Climmons Jr.) and Trinity Page; one son, George F. Page III; a precious grandson Camden Jones; a sister, Artunyala Bell Hunter (Eddie Jr), two brothers, Ronald Bell (Nina) and Drexel Bell; one nephew Deveyon Hunter Sr. (Ashley), one great nephew Deveyon Hunter, Jr.; two great nieces A’mya and A’yonna Hunter; Godmother Loistine Hunt (Maurice), brother-in-law Marquis Hunt (Cynetra); two uncles William Bell and Lawrence Bell (Yvonne); two aunts Carol Bell and Otis Mae Gordon; sistercousin Carla Bell; childhood sister-friends Janwana Beasley (Eric), Lisa Perkins (Darius) and Dejuanica Smith Fant; personal nurse friend Jacqueline Williams and Bestie Yolanda Parkinson; sisters Dejuana Jones and Toya Jones. And also a host of cousins, family and friends.
